Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Tele Caller Cum Office Executive who will be responsible for converting client leads into business opportunities while also supporting day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential and existing clients via phone to explain company products/services
Convert qualified leads into confirmed business opportunities and sales
Follow up with prospects to close deals and maintain long-term client relationships
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams accordingly
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Prepare and manage basic office documentation, reports, and data entry
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and client follow-ups
Handle inbound calls and customer queries professionally
Support general office administration and coordination tasks
